Help support the David School
The
David School relies on a broad base of financial supporters. The school is
tuition free for low-income students. Each student required to pay an
annual student fee which is broken down to $30 a month so as not to cause
a financial hardship. This fee is less than one percent of what it costs
to provide educational services to one student.

Several small foundations have made regular contributions
over the years. A number of churches, colleges and individuals in the East
and Midwest have made consistent donations of money, supplies, and
volunteer labor. Local community organizations have assisted through labor
and scholarships.
A number of larger foundations have awarded grants,
particularly for construction, including James Graham Brown, UPS, Cralle,
Gheens, Fohs, Berea College Appalachian Fund, E.O. Robinson Mountain
Trust, Steel-Reese Foundation, and Herrick among others.
Corporations, such as American Standard, Bruce Hardwood
and Mills Pride have contributed materials for the construction of the
school campus.
